d) 造成旅客錯(cuò)失銜接航班； d) causes the passenger to miss a connection with the flight on which he holds a reservation; or e) 未能提供旅客原訂艙位等級(jí)服務(wù)； e) fails to provide the passenger’s reserved class of service; or f) 未能提供事先已確認(rèn)的座位。 f) fails to provide the proper reserved seat; 3.3.2 由于廈航未能在旅客要求定座時(shí)向其提供該航班座位，使持有客票的旅客未能在客票有效期內(nèi)旅行，該旅客的客票有效期可以延長(zhǎng)至廈航能夠按照該客票已付票價(jià)艙位等級(jí)提供座位的第一個(gè)航班為止。 3.3.2 If a passenger carrying a valid ticket is prevented from traveling within the valid period of the ticket because Xiamen Airlines fails to provide a seat on the flight in accordance with the passenger’s reservation, the validity of such passenger's ticket will be extended until Xiamen Airlines’ first flight on which space is available in the class of service for which the fare has been paid. 3.3.3 已開始旅行的旅客在其持有的客票有效期內(nèi)因病使旅行受阻時(shí)，除廈航對(duì)該客票有效期另有規(guī)定外，可將該客票有效期延長(zhǎng)至醫(yī)療診斷證明該旅客適宜旅行之日為止；或延長(zhǎng)至適宜旅行之日以后廈航能夠按照該旅客已付票價(jià)艙位等級(jí)提供座位的自恢復(fù)旅行地點(diǎn)起的第一個(gè)航班為止。如客票中未使用的乘機(jī)聯(lián)包含一個(gè)或一個(gè)以上中途分程地點(diǎn)，該客票有效期的延長(zhǎng)不能超過自該醫(yī)療診斷證明列明之日起3個(gè)月。廈航也可同等延長(zhǎng)患病旅客陪同人員的客票有效期。 3.3.3 IF a passenger, after having commenced his or her travel, is prevented from traveling within the period of validity of the ticket by reason of illness, Xiamen Airlines will, unless precluded by Xiamen Airlines’ regulations applicable to the fare paid by the passenger, extend the period of validity of such passenger's ticket until the date when the passenger becomes fit to travel according to a valid medical certificate, or until Xiamen Airlines’ first flight after such date from the point where the journey is resumed on which space is available in the class of service for which the fare has been paid. If an unused flight coupon of the ticket involves one or more stopover points, the validity of such ticket will be extended for not more than three months from the date shown on such certificate. In such circumstances, Xiamen Airlines will extend to the same extent the period of validity of tickets of other passengers traveling with the incapacitated passenger. 3.3.4 旅客在旅途中死亡，其陪同人員的客票可用取消最短經(jīng)停期限或延長(zhǎng)客票有效期的方法予以更改。如已開始旅行旅客的直系親屬死亡，該旅客及其陪同的直系親屬的客票也可予以更改。此類更改應(yīng)在收到死亡證明后辦理，該客票有效期的延長(zhǎng)不得超過死亡之日起45日。 |
