Passengers who have successfully booked a seat should make their purchase within the time frame provided by Xiamen Airlines or as pre-agreed, otherwise, their original seats will not be reserved. 5.3 個(gè)人資料 5.3Personal information 為遵守有關(guān)國(guó)家或地區(qū)法律、法規(guī)或定座和安排相關(guān)服務(wù)的需要,旅客必須向廈航提供準(zhǔn)確完整的個(gè)人資料(如有效身份信息、地址、電話等)。同時(shí),旅客授權(quán)廈航保留其個(gè)人資料并善加保密且可將必需的資料傳送給有關(guān)國(guó)家或地區(qū)的行政主管部門、廈航的有關(guān)部門、其它相關(guān)承運(yùn)人或相關(guān)服務(wù)的提供者。 The passenger recognizes that correct and complete personal information (e.g. valid identity information, address, phone number, and etc.) must be given to Xiamen Airlines for the purpose of ensuring compliance with national or regional laws and regulations, and for making a reservation for carriage and for obtaining ancillary services. For these purposes the passenger authorizes Xiamen Airlines to retain such information and to transmit it to relevant national or regional administrative authorities, its own offices, other carriers or the providers of such services. 5.4 定座優(yōu)先權(quán) 5.4 Reservation priority 5.4.1 重要旅客、緊急公務(wù)、多航段選擇廈航航班或高艙位定座的旅客享有定座優(yōu)先權(quán)。 5.4.1Important passengers, emergency public service personnel, and passengers who have booked multi-segment itineraries with Xiamen Airlines or booked priority class seats are given reservation priority. 5.4.2 對(duì)于非自愿改變航程的旅客,在航班有可利用座位的條件下,可優(yōu)先定座。 5.4.2Passengers who experience involuntary changes in itinerary may qualify for reservation priority if there are available seats on the flight. 5.5 機(jī)上座位安排 5.5 Seating arrangements on the aircraft 廈航除按旅客已定妥的航班和艙位等級(jí)提供座位外,不保證在飛機(jī)上提供旅客所要求的指定座位。 Xiamen Airlines provides seats on the flight in the class of service for which the ticket has been issued, and does not guarantee a particular seat on the aircraft requested by the passenger. 5.6 座位的取消 5.6 Cancellation of seats 旅客未按廈航規(guī)定使用已定妥的座位,也未告知廈航的有關(guān)部門,廈航可取消其已定妥的始發(fā)航班座位和已定妥的續(xù)程、回程航班座位,并可對(duì)未使用已定妥座位的旅客收取服務(wù)費(fèi)。 |
