8.3 In order to avoid flight delays, Xiamen Airlines may cancel seat reservations held by passengers who fail to arrive at Xiamen Airlines’ check-in counter or the boarding gate, or who fail to present valid travel documents or boarding vouchers, or otherwise are unprepared to travel. Xiamen Airlines shall not be liable for any losses or expenses which may result. 9 行李 9. The following items especially are unacceptable as baggage: explosives, compressed gases, corrosives, oxidizing, radioactive or magnetized materials, materials that are easily ignited, poisonous, offensive or irritating substances, etc. 9.1.2 被出發(fā)地點、經(jīng)停地點、目的地點或飛越國家或地區(qū)的法律、規(guī)定或命令禁止運輸?shù)奈锲�。對違反上述規(guī)定被該國家或地區(qū)有關(guān)機構(gòu)沒收的物品，廈航不承擔責任。 9.1.2Items the carriage of which is prohibited by the applicable laws, regulations or orders of any country or region to be flown from, into or over. Xiamen Airlines shall not be liable for any items confiscated by related organizations of that country or region due to violation of preceding regulations.[m9] 9.1.3 廈航認為由于物品的危險性，或由于其重量、尺寸、形狀或者性質(zhì)，或考慮到包括但不限于飛機機型因素的易碎或易腐物品。 9.1.3Items which are reasonably considered by Xiamen Airline to be unsuitable for carriage because they are dangerous, unsafe, or for reasons of their weight, size, shape or character, or which are fragile or perishable with regard to, including but not limited to, the type of aircraft being used. 9.1.4 槍支、彈藥不得作為行李運輸，但是用于狩獵和體育運動的除外。用于狩獵和體育運動的槍支和彈藥可以作為托運行李運輸。槍支必須卸下子彈、扣上保險并按廈航的規(guī)定妥善包裝。彈藥的運輸應(yīng)按本條件第9.1.1條指定的ICAO和IATA的規(guī)定及出發(fā)地點、經(jīng)停地點、目的地點或飛越國家或地區(qū)的法律、規(guī)定或命令辦理。 9.1.4Firearms and ammunition, other than for hunting and sporting purposes, are prohibited from carriage as baggage. Firearms and ammunition for hunting and sporting purposes may be accepted for carriage as checked baggage. Firearms must be unloaded with the safety catch turned on, and suitably packed as determined by Xiamen Airlines. Carriage of ammunition is subject to ICAO and IATA regulations as specified in sub-paragraph9.1.1 and the applicable laws, regulations or orders of any country and region to be flown from, into or over. |
