9.9.2If the person who collects the baggage fails to present the baggage identification tag, he or she should provide evidence to the satisfaction of Xiamen Airlines to prove his or her ownership to the baggage. If necessary, Xiamen Airlines may not deliver the baggage until he or she has completed an application form specified by Xiamen Airlines, which declares that the applicant agrees to indemnify Xiamen Airlines against any possible loss from delivery of such baggage. 9.9.3 旅客在領(lǐng)取托運行李時未提出任何異議,即為該托運行李已經(jīng)完好交付并與運輸合同相符的初步證據(jù)。 9.9.3Failure of the passenger to propose any disagreement at the time of collection of checked baggage constitutes prima facie evidence that the checked baggage has been properly delivered and complies with the contract of carriage. 9.9.4 如旅客遺留行李中夾帶有易腐物品,廈航有權(quán)立即予以處置;超過90天無人認領(lǐng)的行李,廈航有權(quán)予以處置。 9.9.4If unclaimed baggage contains any perishables, Xiamen Airlines reserves the right to dispose of it immediately; Xiamen Airlines reserves the right to dispose of baggage remaining unclaimed for more than 90 days. |
