7.7 自愿退票 7.7 Voluntary refunds 凡不屬于本條件第3.3.1條所列原因，旅客要求退票，稱為自愿退票。自愿退票按下列規(guī)定辦理： “Voluntary refund” means any refund made when a passenger requests due to any reason other than those specified in sub-paragraph 3.3.1 of these Conditions. Voluntary refund shall be made in accordance with the following provisions. 7.7.1 客票全部未使用，從已付票款中扣除廈航規(guī)定的費(fèi)用，退還余額。 7.7.1If no portion of the ticket has been used, after deducting the refund fee stipulated by Xiamen Airlines, the remaining amount of the fare paid shall be refunded. 7.7.2 客票已部分使用，從已付票款中扣除已使用部分的適用票價(jià)和廈航規(guī)定的費(fèi)用，退還余額。 7.7.2 If a portion of the ticket has been used, after deducting the applicable fare for the segments used by the passenger and the refund fee stipulated by Xiamen Airlines, the remaining amount of the fare paid shall be refunded. 7.8 拒絕退票 7.8 Denial of refund requests |
