a) 為遵守任何起飛地國家或地區(qū)、降落地國家或地區(qū)或所飛越國家或地區(qū)的任何適用的法律、政府規(guī)定和命令；
a) in order to comply with any applicable national laws, governmental regulations and orders of any country or region to be flown from, into or over;
b) 為保證飛行安全；
b) in order to assure safe operation of a flight; or
c) 廈航無法控制或不能預(yù)見的其它原因。
c) as a result of circumstances beyond the control and prediction of Xiamen Airlines.
10.2.2 由于本條件第10.2.1條所列原因，廈航取消或延誤航班、或未能提供旅客事先定妥的座位（包括艙位等級(jí)）、或造成旅客錯(cuò)失已定妥座位的銜接航班、或未能在旅客的目的地點(diǎn)或中途分程地點(diǎn)經(jīng)停，廈航必須考慮旅客合理需要，采取下列措施之一：
10.2.2If Xiamen Airlines cancels a flight or causes a flight to be delayed, or fails to provide a seat reserved by a passenger (including class of service), or causes a passenger to miss a connecting flight on which the passenger holds a confirmed reservation, or fails to stop at the passenger’s destination or stopover due to reasons listed in sub-paragraph10.2.1, Xiamen Airlines must take one of the following measures after considering the reasonable needs of the passenger:
a) 為旅客安排廈航第一個(gè)可利用座位的后續(xù)航班；
a) arrange a seat on the first subsequent Xiamen Airlines’ flight on which space is available for the passenger;
b) 改變原客票列明的航程，安排廈航的航班或簽轉(zhuǎn)給其他承運(yùn)人或通過地面運(yùn)輸方式將旅客運(yùn)達(dá)目的地點(diǎn)或中途分程地點(diǎn)。對(duì)改變航程后的客票票價(jià)、逾重行李費(fèi)和其它費(fèi)用，廈航應(yīng)多退少不補(bǔ)；
b) re-route the passenger to the destination or stopover by Xiamen Airlines’ service or by another carrier or by means of ground transportation. For changes that result in the fare, excess baggage charges and other charges for the revised routing, any excess fare, excess baggage charge and other charges collected for the revised routing will be refunded to the passenger but passengers will not be required to pay for any shortfalls.
c) 按本條件第7.6條非自愿退票的規(guī)定辦理退票；
c) make a refund in accordance with the provisions of paragraph7.6 Involuntary Refunds;
d）廈航應(yīng)協(xié)助旅客安排餐食和住宿，始發(fā)地旅客的費(fèi)用由旅客自理。
