7.8.1 在客票有效期期滿之后申請(qǐng)退票，廈航可拒絕辦理。
7.8.1Xiamen Airlines may deny a refund request if the request is made later than the expiration date of the ticket.
7.8.2 對(duì)已提供給承運(yùn)人或政府機(jī)構(gòu)作為準(zhǔn)備離境證明的客票，廈航可拒絕退票。如果該旅客已得到該政府機(jī)構(gòu)批準(zhǔn)同意其居留或?qū)⒏某似渌羞\(yùn)人航班或其它交通工具離境，并能提供廈航認(rèn)為滿意的證明時(shí)，廈航可辦理退票。
7.8.2 Xiamen Airlines may deny a refund request for a ticket which has been submitted to the carrier or to a government agency, as evidence of intention to depart from a county, unless the passenger has been approved by the governmental agency to remain in the country or will depart from that country by another carrier or other means of transportation, and, can provide evidence to the satisfaction of Xiamen Airlines.
7.9 廈航按原收取票款的貨幣退票，但也可按廈航規(guī)定的其它貨幣退票。
7.9 Xiamen Airlines may make a refund in the same currency that was used to pay for the ticket, or in any other currency stipulated by Xiamen Airlines.
7.10 旅客購(gòu)票時(shí)使用信用卡或借記卡支付票款，票款只能被退還到原卡賬戶上。
7.10 If a passenger uses a credit card or debit card to pay for the ticket at the time of purchase, the amount can be refunded only to the original card account.
8 乘機(jī)
8.Check-in
8.1 由于各機(jī)場(chǎng)規(guī)定的截止辦理乘機(jī)登機(jī)手續(xù)及登機(jī)時(shí)間不同，旅客必須在航班離站前充足的時(shí)間內(nèi)到達(dá)廈航航班的乘機(jī)登記處和登機(jī)門，以便辦妥所有乘機(jī)需要的手續(xù)。
8.1 Check-in procedures and check-in deadlines are different at every airport and passengers must arrive at Xiamen Airlines’ check-in counters and boarding gates sufficiently in advance of flight departure to complete all required check-in procedures.
8.2 為最大程度地確保航班正常和旅客的權(quán)利，廈航規(guī)定在航班規(guī)定離站時(shí)間前10分鐘關(guān)閉機(jī)艙門。
8.2 To ensure, as much as possible, that the flight is normal and rights of passengers are safeguarded, Xiamen Airlines stipulates that the aircraft door shall be closed 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
8.3 旅客未按時(shí)到達(dá)廈航航班的乘機(jī)登記處或登機(jī)門，或未出示相關(guān)旅行證件或登機(jī)憑證，或未做好旅行準(zhǔn)備，廈航為不延誤航班可取消該旅客已定妥的座位。由此所造成的損失或費(fèi)用，廈航不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。
