（一）在同等職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)，其培訓(xùn)水平足以勝任指定的工作； (1)Within the limits of equal responsibilities, the training level is sufficient for the designated jobs; （二）遵守經(jīng)營(yíng)人危險(xiǎn)品手冊(cè)要求。 (2)Compliance with the requirements as specified in the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual of the operator. 第一百〇五條 Article 105 外國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)確保其在中華人民共和國(guó)境內(nèi)從事危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸活動(dòng)的人員按下列要求之一進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)并合格： Foreign operator shall ensure that the personnel engaging in the activity of the transport of dangerous goods by air within the boundary of the People’s Republic of China are trained pursuant to one of the following requirements and qualification is achieved: （一）外國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)人所在國(guó)主管部門批準(zhǔn)或者認(rèn)可的培訓(xùn)大綱或者其他等效文件以及中國(guó)危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸相關(guān)法律法規(guī)； (1)Training programmes approved or authorized by the competent authority of the State of the foreign operator or other equivalent document as well as the relevant Chinese laws and regulations in connection with the transport of dangerous goods by air; （二）民航地區(qū)管理局批準(zhǔn)的培訓(xùn)大綱以及外國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)人的差異化政策。 (2)Training programmes approved by CAAC Region Administration and the variations policy of the foreign operator. 第一百〇六條 Article 106 為了保證知識(shí)更新，應(yīng)當(dāng)在前一次培訓(xùn)后的二十四個(gè)月內(nèi)進(jìn)行復(fù)訓(xùn)。 To ensure knowledge is current, recurrent training shall be provided within 24 months of the previous training. 如果復(fù)訓(xùn)是在前一次培訓(xùn)的最后三個(gè)月有效期內(nèi)完成，則其有效期自復(fù)訓(xùn)完成之日起開(kāi)始延長(zhǎng)，直到前一次培訓(xùn)失效日起二十四個(gè)月為止。 If recurrent training is completed within the final three months of validity of previous training, the period of validity extends from the day on which the recurrent training was completed until 24 months from the expiry day of that previous training. 第一百〇七條 Article 107 培訓(xùn)記錄應(yīng)當(dāng)保存三年以上并隨時(shí)接受民航局或者民航地區(qū)管理局的檢查。 Training records shall be retained for over 3 years and shall be made available upon request to CAAC or CAAC Regional Administration for inspection.培訓(xùn)記錄應(yīng)當(dāng)載明以下內(nèi)容： |
