任何與危險品航空運輸有關并嚴重危及航空器或者機上人員的事件也被認為構成危險品事故征候。 Any occurrence relating to the transport of dangerous goods which seriously jeopardizes the aircraft or its occupants is also deemed to be a dangerous goods incident. （十一）“例外”是指本規(guī)定中免于遵守通常適用于危險品某一具體項目要求的規(guī)定。 (11) Exception. A provision in this Regulation which excludes a specific item of dangerous goods from the requirements normally applicable to that item. （十二）“包裝件”是指包裝作業(yè)的完整產(chǎn)品，包括包裝物和準備運輸?shù)膬?nèi)裝物。 (12) Package. The complete product of the packing operation, consisting of the packaging and its contents prepared for transport. （十三）“集合包裝”是指為便于作業(yè)和裝載，一個托運人用于裝入一個或者多個包裝件并組成一個操作單元的一個封閉物，此定義不包括集裝器。 (13) Overpack. An enclosure used by a single shipper to contain one or more packages and to form one handling unit for convenience of handling and stowage. （十四）“集裝器”是指任何類型的貨物集裝箱、航空器集裝箱、帶網(wǎng)的航空器托盤或者帶網(wǎng)集裝棚的航空器托盤，此定義不包括集合包裝。 (14) Unit load device. Any type of freight container, aircraft container, aircraft pallet with a net or aircraft pallet with a net over an igloo, an overpack is not included in this definition. （十五）“包裝物”是指具有容納作用的容器和任何其他部件或者材料。 (15) Packaging. One or more receptacles and any other components or materials necessary for the receptacles to perform their containment and other safety functions. （十六）“始發(fā)國”是指在其領土內(nèi)最初將貨物裝載于航空器上的國家。 (16) State of Origin. The State in the territory of which the consignment is first to be loaded on an aircraft. （十七）“聯(lián)合國編號”是指為識別一種物質(zhì)或者一組特定的物質(zhì)，而由聯(lián)合國危險品運輸專家委員會所指定的四位數(shù)字編碼。 (17) UN number. The four-digit number assigned by the United Nations Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods to identify a substance or a particular group of substances. |
