（四）危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸手冊(cè)； (4) Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual; （五）危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)大綱； (5) Dangerous goods training programmes; （六）符合本規(guī)定及《技術(shù)細(xì)則》培訓(xùn)要求的說(shuō)明； (6)Descriptions of conforming to the training requirements of this Regulation and Technical Instructions; （七）危險(xiǎn)品應(yīng)急響應(yīng)方案； (7)Emergency response plan for dangerous goods; （八）符合性聲明； (8)Statement of compliance; （九）民航局要求的其他材料。 (9) Other materials required by CAAC. 第二十條 Article 20 國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)營(yíng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)確保所提交材料的真實(shí)有效。 Domestic operator shall ensure that the materials submitted are authentic and effective.申請(qǐng)材料齊全、符合法定形式的，民航地區(qū)管理局應(yīng)當(dāng)受理國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)營(yíng)人的申請(qǐng)。 If the application materials are complete and in conformity with the statutory forms, CAAC Regional Administration shall accept the application by the domestic operator.材料不齊全或者不符合法定形式的，民航地區(qū)管理局應(yīng)當(dāng)當(dāng)場(chǎng)或者在五日內(nèi)一次性通知需要補(bǔ)充的全部材料，逾期不通知的，自收到申請(qǐng)材料之日起即為受理。 If the application materials are incomplete or not in conformity with statutory forms, CAAC Regional Administration shall inform the applicant on the spot or give the applicant one-time notice within 5 days to complement all materials required. The application is considered as accepted as of the day when the application materials are received if such notice is not given within the time limit. 第二十一條 Article 21 民航地區(qū)管理局對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)營(yíng)人的危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸手冊(cè)、危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)大綱和相關(guān)文件進(jìn)行審查。 CAAC Regional Administration shall exam the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual and dangerous goods training programmes as well as the relevant documents submitted by the domestic operator.國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)營(yíng)人按危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸手冊(cè)建立相關(guān)管理和操作程序，按培訓(xùn)大綱進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。 Domestic operator shall establish the relevant management and operating procedures pursuant to Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual and training shall be carried out on the basis of training programmes.民航地區(qū)管理局對(duì)相關(guān)程序和培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行檢查，確保其符合本規(guī)定和《技術(shù)細(xì)則》的要求。 |
